Make the payment in 2 installments:
Booking
The reservation is made with an initial payment of 50%. Payment by bank transfer.
Pending amount
The remaining 50% can be paid in two ways:
Transfer: 7 days before check-in.
Cash payment: At check-in.
Prices
Minimum renting 2 nights
Summer season: 1.180€
Winter season: 1.180€
Christmas and Easter Week minimum renting: 3 nights. 1.770€
Returnable deposit: 300€
Returned upon verification that no damage has been incurred

Cancellation Policy
Booking confirmed
60 days before arrival
Up to 100% will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival.
30 days before arrival
Up to 50% will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before arrival.
